After I have entered my surname and DOB, I receive an error message
When you enter your Surname and DOB, it needs to match exactly what we have on our records. Your surname should match exactly what is printed at the top of the registration letter. If you continue to encounter the same error, please contact the practice.
Why do I get the message ‘Herne Hill Group Practice does not offer online registration for Patient Access at the moment’?
You can only register for Patient Access after you have received your registration letter from reception. Please see the page How to sign up.
Why can I only book one appointment at a time?
You can currently only request one appointment at a time. If you require more than one appointment, please contact the practice as normal.
Why can I not see any appointments available?
If you are unable to see any available appointments, this means there are currently no appointments available. Only advance appointments are available, if you require an on-the-day appointment please contact the practice as normal.
Can I cancel my appointment online?
Yes, just log into Patient Access and cancel the specific appointment.
Why can I not request X medication?
Patient Access lists only your current repeat medications. If what you wish to request is not listed you will need to speak to a Doctor.
